Assistant Manager - Residential Sales

Job Summary: The Assistant Manager, Residential Sales, is responsible for supporting the residential sales team in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve residential sales targets. Support the residential sales team by providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals. Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective promotional campaigns and materials. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth sales processes. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote company products and services. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in residential sales.

Work Location:

The Regent by Auro Realty- Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Job Specification: Bachelor's/ master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Min 6+ years previous experience in residential sales. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
