Job Description: AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build predictive models, and deploy AI solutions that drive innovation and improve business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
- Implement and optimize machine learning models using programming languages such as Python or R.
- Evaluate and fine-tune models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Deploy AI solutions into production environments and monitor their performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with big data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
