Job description

Responsibilities ● Develop conceptual designs and mood boards that reflect the client's vision while considering functional requirements, spatial layout, lighting, materials, and color schemes. ● Produces sketches, drawings and detailed floor plan to illustrate concepts and finalized projects using computer aided design (CAD), hand drawing skill and detailed drawings. ● Work with senior interior designer to define project requirements and develop design criteria. ● Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”. ● Furniture Detailing. ● Vendor Co-ordination ● Making BOQs (Civil + Furniture) ● Procurement from market. ● Creative talent, imagination and eye for detail. ● Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture with 2 - 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD, google SketchUp, In-design, photoshop and Microsoft Office suite. ● Strong creative and communication skills. ● Demonstrated ability to execute. ● Excellent portfolio of previous work. ● Good Knowledge in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
