We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager - Finance based at NSEZ, Noida .
Key roles & responsibilities:
1. Accuracy of financial data available in system in line with standard methdology
- Use standardized, harmonized and updated reporting templates
- Ensures consistency of reporting methodology
- Follow group reporting rules and guidelines
- Controls the data accuracy performing systematic crosscheck versus budget, last year etc.
- Makes adjustments in TM1 (factory analytical revenue), upon validation by Management.
- Performs sanity check of (material cost, transfo cost, change in inventory, external purchase, standard cost) in actual, forecast and budget.
- Ensures consistency between data displayed in the reporting and data loaded in the system.
- Controls material costs
2. Projects and Automation
- Ensure NICP (Micro moduling) Finance visibility (Inventory, raw material consumption and full P&L)
- Take off loading directly from SIMPRA . With less manual working
- Raw material reconciliation vs PPFS & P&L booking
- 100% Inventory valuation from SIMPRA with accurate value Vs Tally.
- HOD wise MAVI
- Intercompany TP computation from Software
- Anaplan reports validation and data consistency
3. Reporting
- Ensure timely rates update for Intercompany TP
- Facilitates the reporting and closing process and is responsible for the respect of the deadlines. Revenue D+3 & Wastage D+5 etc.
- BOM load in Anaplan
- Monthly MAVI update and review with Management & HODs
- Monthly P&L preparation and ensure booking accuracy with accounting team
- Mont hly IR proposal consolidaiton and calculation of ROI & Payback if applicable vs budget
- Capex folllwup with all the department
- Consolidate Inventory obsolescence and destruction along with Warehouse and Supply Chain team
4. Budget preparation and control
- Department wise budget consolidation for ( Facility, admin, Maintenance, IT & Consumables)
- Consistency check of volume loaded in Anaplan vs Global Supply Chain
- Transformation cost allocation per card
- Preparation of Transport cost budget along with logistics team
- Budget loading , ( BOM, missing price list, transformation cost per unit, consumables, wastage etc)
- Unit cost report & DOH report
Skills & Qualifications:
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience required. A professional certification in Accounting or a related field highly desired. CWA certification preferred.
- Minimum of five years professional experience in the related field of Finance & Accounts;
- Effective communication skills (good listener, positive, supportive, clear, constructive, and accessible) both written and verbal.
- Excellent skills in Excel required. Knowledge of other application software, such as Word, Visio and PowerPoint highly desired.
