Develop Engineering Design guidelines for all store formats. DC's & UFC's and explore opportunities for improving design; standards & cost savings by sharing best practices across different Tesco markets; benchmarking against industry standards; innovating & collaborating with other functions; consultants & vendors Value-engineer projects/ schemes to provide best value. Review BOQs/ Cost figures to validate if they are in line with encouraged costs and feedback to the design team.
Subject Matter Expert (Mechanical Engineering) to design; develop & maintain mechanical engineering standards along with Group engineering
Building Engineering design/installation Building Engineering Modelling BIM: Revit, Autocad, Naviswork Interpret Engineering drawings Bill of Quantities Interpret Architectural/ Construction drawings
Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical) with sound construction/ Installation know how
