Job description
Hiring for the role of Data Analyst (Python) for a service-based organization for the Navi Mumbai location.
Experience Range: 4+Years
Location: Onsite in Navi Mumbai.
Work Mode: Onsite (Alternate Saturdays off)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Analyze large datasets related to savings accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits to extract meaningful insights.
• Interpret financial data trends, customer behavior, and transaction patterns.
2. Liabilities Management:
• Manage and analyze data pertaining to liabilities, ensuring efficient handling of savings accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits.
• Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing liabilities portfolio based on data-driven insights.
3. Customer Segmentation and Targeting:
• Implement customer segmentation strategies based on liabilities data, enabling targeted marketing campaigns.
• Utilize data analysis to identify high-value customer segments for personalized offerings.
4. Risk Assessment and Compliance:
• Conduct risk analysis associated with liabilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting deposit products and implement necessary adjustments.
5. Forecasting and Strategic Planning:
• Utilize data analytics to forecast deposit trends, supporting strategic planning for liabilities management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business goals and objectives.
6. Visualization and Reporting:
• Create clear and insightful visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly for effective communication of data findings.
• Generate regular reports on liabilities performance, presenting key metrics to stakeholders.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with various teams, including product management, marketing, and compliance, to enhance the overall understanding of liabilities data.
• Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Continuous Improvement:
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics for continual skills enhancement.
Requirements:
1. With 4 to 5 years of banking analytics experience
2. Data Analyst profile with good domain understanding
3. Good with Python and worked on Liabilities (Mandatory)
4. For Liabilities Should have worked on (Saving A/c, FD,RD) (Mandatory)
5. Good with stakeholder management and requirement gathering
