Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Automobile, or Mechatronics with a strong foundation in the automotive field
Experience:
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
Mandatory Skills :Â
- BIW Fixture Design
- Catia
- Welding
Responsibilities:
- Self-check output before QC
- Adhere to project schedule
- Prepare SRS/OLP per customer
- Conduct simulation checks
- Create Off-Line Programming
- Establish virtual factory setup
- Validate stages with reference documents
- Prepare feedback and countermeasures
- Develop manuals
- Maintain strong supplier/customer communication
- Mentor and guide team members
