Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our boss. The ideal candidate should be impeccably presented, discreet, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. This role requires someone who can handle a wide range of personal tasks with efficiency and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the boss's personal calendar, including scheduling appointments, reservations, and travel arrangements
• Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
• Coordinating events and meetings, both internal and external
• Taking minutes and preparing documents for meetings
• Running errands and handling personal tasks for the boss
• Managing household staff and vendors
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience as a personal assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Immediate joining
