Job description

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market and potential collaborations. foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partners. lead negotiation and contract development for strategic collaborations. Independently identify opportunities and reach out to companies to set up contract work from CT's all the way to regular contract manufacturing. Demonstrate international experience, understanding global markets and cultivating international partnerships. Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective business development initiatives. Manage a P&L account, focusing on sales and profit growth. provide leadership and direction to the business development team. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
