This position is responsible for ---- Loan Syndication, settlement, cash application, LC, loan booking, funds disbursement)
- Partnership and communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Strong controls in transaction approvals
- High end understanding of transaction reviews and approval process
- Functional expertise in ACBS
- Expertise in reconciliation
- Ability to prioritize and take effective decision
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Strong analytical skills
- Metrics management
- Proactive in clearing the open items
- Provide process training and refreshers to junior staff
- Error tracking and feedback to junior staff
- KOP updation
- Attention to detail, delivering high quality output
- Setting up process control per requirement
- Driving process improvement
