JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position title: Specialist-Techno Commercial
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune
Work Schedule: 5 days, General Shift
Duties and Responsibilities
Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Specialist – Techno Commercial for a Pune based company
Technical Expertise:
· Demonstrated understanding of the Electric Vehicle Industry in India, encompassing Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Tier 1 Suppliers, and Tier 2 Suppliers.
· Proficient knowledge of high-level components such as Motors, Controllers, Batteries, Chargers, etc.
Sales/Business Development Proficiency:
· Proven experience working on the supplier side, specifically dealing with components and selling to OEMs.
· In-depth involvement in deals associated with Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) cost negotiations.
· Basic account handling for OEMs to ensure effective business relationships.
Market Insight:
· Acquired knowledge of recent policies influencing EV sales.
· Familiarity with challenges related to localization and imports from China.
Additional Qualifications:
· Extensive involvement in production-linked volume projects, demonstrating the ability to manage projects with a scale of 100,000 units per year.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate + MBA (Preferably B.E/ B Tech + MBA)
