Estate Operative position at Rendall & Rittner (Kidbrooke Village - SE3)
Location – Kidbrooke Village Working Hours - Mon - Fri 6am - 14:00pm (Every other Sunday 8am - 12) Salary - £26,600 per annum Contract – Permanent Who we are Rendall & Rittner are an established, award winning and accredited, Residential Leasehold Property Management company, delivering outstanding management to our clients and lessees nationwide. The development consists of 1500 luxury residential homes and is located less than a 10-minute walk from Kidbrooke Station. Kidbrooke Village provides 86 acres of new parkland and open space and has been awarded the prestigious 'Sir David Attenborough Award' for Enhancing Biodiversity. What makes a brilliant Rendall & Rittner Estate Operative you'll be a someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean and safe environment for residents, guests and your team. you'll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others. you'll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns, helping to ensure the safety of everyone on the development. You will have a strong understanding of Health and Safety Processes. You'll hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record. (Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of our vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 25 years+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years). You'll have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning and maintenance (externally and internally). your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment.
