Focus Indicators

Business/ Financial Ensure new updation are completed within defined timeline, budget & quality with regular status updates to all stakeholders. Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and work flow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes To define the scope of HRIS and responsible for blueprint and configuration.

People Ensuring biometric attendance integration is done for all the new joinees and updating the employee master data. Collaborate with functional and technical staffs to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Trains and provides troubleshooting tips to other HR members on features and functionality of HRIS system and applications as needed.

Customer Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders for smooth functioning of HRIS Co-ordination with other units and departmental heads for updating the shift roaster prior to the schedule Should be able to work with the technology providers independently in case of any new implementation

Operations Review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, any major variations from established policy that must be approved by leadership prior to implementation. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing business needs Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in master files and various support tools. Develop a dashboard of HR metrics as per the instructions shared by senior team Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws To meet service level response commitment for employee quires Responsible for generation of HR MIS and analytics from HRIS Validating the Payroll and identifying the errors post parallel run and to fix the same

Educational Qualifications: MBA Work Experience 8+ years of experience in the healthcare/ hospitality industry Knowledge of various HCM processes and compliance Understanding of an ERP environment Attention to detail Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills

Timely resolution of HRIS queries Generation of error free reports Identifying opportunity to reduce manual interventions Ensure timely completion of new updation/ features 99% uptime of HRIS
