US IT Resume Writer

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad for a US IT Resume Writer. The IT Resume Writer will be responsible for creating and editing resumes for clients in the US IT industry. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, conducting research, writing and editing resumes, and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Information Technology
• Experience in Network Administration and Troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Network Security protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in creating compelling and effective resumes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Experience in the US IT industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
