Our process ensures quality checks, cold storage logistics, and delivery processes are handled end-to-end resulting in hormone- and antibiotic-free milk that is free of adulteration. Our core value is doing the right thing. We have assembled a team of experts specialising in various aspects of milk production, quality control, and logistics. Our headquarters are located in Pune, Maharashtra, and we operate in Mumbai and Hyderabad as well.

Role Description

We're looking for a seasoned Marketing Executive (ATL & BTL) to join our dynamic team in Mumbai and play a key role in crafting and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You'll have a 5-6 year track record of success in both ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing initiatives, with a passion for the dairy industry and a deep understanding of the Mumbai market.

· Develop and implement comprehensive ATL and BTL marketing strategies aligned with Provilac's brand identity and business objectives.

· Manage ATL activities, including media planning, buying, and campaign execution across TV, print, digital, and radio channels.

· Conceptualize and execute impactful BTL campaigns, including in-store promotions, sampling initiatives, events, and social media engagement strategies.

· Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Design) to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency.

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure ROI and optimize marketing effectiveness.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities to reach and engage our target audience.

· Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications

· 5-6 years of proven experience in ATL and BTL marketing in the FMCG or dairy industry.

· Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and consumer behavior.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns within budget and deadlines.

· Passion for the dairy industry and a deep understanding of its marketing nuances.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media advertising).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Time management and organizational skills.
