Hiring For insurance Sales manager.

Roles & Responsibility :

- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.

- Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.

- Identify ; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors

- Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long term connect between the agents and the company.

- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

- Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.

- Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model.

Candidate Profile :

- Any Bachelor Degree

- 2 + year experience in sale and marketing in any field

- Age between 21 to 38

- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.

- Ability to lead a sales team.

- Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
