Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our telecalling team. The main responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets
• Motivating and guiding the team to maximize productivity and performance
• Monitoring and evaluating individual and team performance
• Providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills
• Implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction

Candidate Qualifications:

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have:

• Prior experience in leading a tele sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
