Job description

 

Directs guests toward parking, has an extensive knowledge of the resort and all surrounding areas, gives directions

 

Assist guests checking in or out with baggage, answering questions, making deliveries

 

Maintain cleanliness and safety of lobby and entryway

 

Monitor cleanliness of public facilities such as rest rooms, game rooms, pool area, entrances, Stock with supplies as needed

 

Assist in parking cars

 

Will assist the Front Desk with answering phones, guest inquiries, and other needs as business dictates

 

Assist guests with luggage from various channels of reservations ie

 

Drive V.I.P

 

Explain features of the room including the operation of radio, television, in-room movie service

 

Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware
