Job description

Position: AI Solutions Sales Specialist(Inside Sales Executive)

Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in lead generation, inside sales, market research, or business development, preferably in retail, finance, insurance, banking, supply chain, life sciences, or healthcare sectors. At least 1+ year of experience working with AI driven digital solutions such as Conversational AI, Generative AI, DX, CX, EX, AI-Driven Automation Solutions, AI-Driven Software Testing Solutions, AI/ML, LLM, NLP or AI Driven- Data Analytics. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a keen ability to match client needs with AI solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Role: Perform in-depth market research to pinpoint industry segments that could benefit from AI-driven digital

and business solutions. Develop and articulate compelling value propositions based on AI technology and industry insights to engage potential clients. Understand and address the specific challenges of cleint's/leads, demonstrating how our AI solutions can optimize and automate Operations, Conversations, Digital Experience, Customer Experience, and Employee Experience. Execute targeted lead generation campaigns, leveraging outreach, content marketing, and industry events to attract prospects. Work closely with the Global Business Development team for smooth lead hand-off, ensuring comprehensive lead profiles and information are provided. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations through customized presentations and demonstrations of AI capabilities. Employ CRM and lead management tools for efficient tracking, progress monitoring, and data accuracy.
