Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for open job positions at WTF. Other responsibilities include communicating with hiring managers and candidates, scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders
• Understanding of HR and recruitment best practices, trends, and metrics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Experience or interest in the fitness industry is a plus
