Job Overview We are looking for a Female Store Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and sales. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications And Skills - 1 to 3 years of experience as a Store Executive in the clothing industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of clothing trends and fashion industry
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and sales
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and suggest strategies to improve
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards in the store
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the management
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
- Handle cash management and conduct cash reconciliations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
