Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an FMCG Trainer located in Mumbai. The FMCG Trainer will be responsible for conducting training programs for sales & service excellence, mid-level leadership, and skill development training. The FMCG Trainer will also be responsible for content development, delivery of training, assessment, feedback, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG industry and sales training minimum 5-8 Years in Training and overall 10+ years
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Experience in developing training content, modules, and assessments
• Ability to analyze and assess training needs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, training, or related field
• Experience with digital learning platforms is a plus
