Profile : - Patient Advisor/Outbound sales Executive

Location : - Kurla-Phoenix Market City, Mumbai

Salary : - As per company standard

CTC :- 30k Per Month

Rotational Shift / 6 days working

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointment with our Clinics in India.
• Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fix the first consultation 
• Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and value, Convincing Power
• Understand callers conditions and empathize helping them with appointments.
• Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations, as needed.
