Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Engineer/ PLC Programmer. The Automation Engineer/ PLC Programmer will be responsible for troubleshooting, process control, electrical engineering, automation, and robotics. Qualifications Experience in troubleshooting and process control Strong background in electrical engineering Expertise in automation and robotics Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) TECHNICAL SKILLS: 1. PLC, HMI.(Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi) 2. SCADA (Zenon) 3. MS Office 2016. 4. Operating Systems: Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10). SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE EXPOSURE IN INDUSTRY: PLC: Allen Bradley:-RsLogix500,Rslogix5000,Studio 5000 V29,V30 & V32, CCW V11,V12,V13 & V20. Siemens:- TIA V13,TIA V14 VFD: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, SEW, ABB. HMI: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Proface, Beijer. Third Party Interface: Printer, Scanner, Weighing Indicator etc IPC: Advantech, contec. COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS: Ethernet/IP. Profinet DeviceNet. Serial. Modbus RTU Modbus TCP WORK Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, EthernetIP, and Profibus Hands-on experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) programming Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field Relevant industry certifications are a plus Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred Exp 1 to 10 yearsJob tags
