Description of Assignment
To understand
the repertoire of blended spices (Home ground +Unbranded + Branded) present
in AP households, with need gaps for ITC to plug in.
Objective
of the Assignment
What you
will do?
·To understand the palate, any differences by the regions in
preparation and taste, various dishes they cook, repertoire of consumption
dishes, and subsequently focus on identifying the biggest blends.
·What are the need gaps faced across blends, but particularly in:
Gaps in taste- between desired / expected and reality, problems faced and latent
gaps.
·Recommend 3-4 products for ITC Aashirvaad which can be launched
in 9 months horizon.
