Experience in implementing at least two IAM engagement including design, development and application support (SailPoint IIQ) . Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integration Experience on application and user onboarding . Good knowledge of User Access Review. Experience on Roles and Entitlement used in IAM solution. Good knowledge of web server and application server. Experience to lead IAM strategy engagement (IAM road map etc.) Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with the directories: Experience in using database client tools like Toad, etc. Experience in using standard protocols like SSH, Telnet, RDP, etc. and related tools like Putty. Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include customized integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts. Advanced documentation and presentation skill Capability of debugging and troubleshoot issueQualifications Overall 9-12 years of strong IAM implementation and support experience Minimum 6 years experience with SailPoint Identity IQ. Minimum 6 years programming experience with Java/J2EE/JavaScript/JSP/ LDAP/Directory Server designGood to have Skills: Experience of any other Identity Manager product- IBM, OIM etc. Knowledge of any programing language like Java, .Net, etc.Certifications: Certification in SailPoint IIQ will be preferred. (1.) To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.) To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
