Job Description for Staff Nurse:
Position: Staff Nurse
Location: Noida
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.
- Assess patients' health conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor for any adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and any changes in condition.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete patient records, including medical histories and nursing care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and post-discharge care.
- Assist in the coordination of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring infection control measures are followed.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide immediate care as needed.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with advancements in nursing practice.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in the state/region of practice.
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, protocols, and best practices.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
