Job description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services and drive business growth. As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, including both digital and traditional channels, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors marketing activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing management roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels, including digital marketing, print advertising, events, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation in marketing.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, social media management tools, etc.
