Job description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with program or project management.
- Experience with supply chain management, system architecture, system integration, system implementation, program management, SQL, procurement, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, stakeholder management, project planning, or requirements gathering.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a functional lead/business analyst role with ERP implementations in procurement, inventory, or manufacturing supply chain.
- Experience driving systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading analysis, business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on business process enhancements.
- Ability to collaborate and take ownership.

Responsibilities
- Deliver industry leading supply chain execution for business teams by developing and scaling new digital capabilities and features through platforms.
- Execute delivery for project plans, identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and align stakeholders with communications.
- Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, map process flows through collaboration with partner teams.
- Support deployment of new capabilities, provide hypercare, and address post roll-out issues.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams toevaluate gaps in existing processes, platforms, and drive the business case for transformation.
