Job description

**Position : Business Associate**

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage customer service communication through various channels, including email and social media, with proficiency in both verbal and written English. - Coordinate the dispatch and tracking of PR and Influencer packages, ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing orders. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams such as design, marketing, production, and social media. - Maintain a full-time presence at the office from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm in Pune, with flexibility for occasional travel to the workshop within the city.

**Key Duties:**

- Oversee daily business operations and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures, including knowledge of fittings, sizing, and inventory management. - Serve as a liaison between various teams, relaying updates and ensuring seamless communication across departments. - Manage PR deliveries, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships, maintaining a well-organized and efficient workflow. - Supervise production processes, conduct quality control checks as needed, and manage production schedules effectively.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to multitask and handle challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. - Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. - Willingness to travel within the city and occasionally outside for brand-related events and activities. - Qualifications in fashion and e-commerce industry is desired, with knowledge of supply chain management and business operations. - Graduate or post-graduate degree preferred.
