We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Telesales Consultant to join our team at UNCOVER Laser, Skin, and Hair Clinics. As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, promoting our dermatological services, and fostering relationships to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our range of dermatological services, including laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and hair restoration. Educate potential clients about our clinic's offerings, benefits, and the expertise of our dermatologists. Listen attentively to client inquiries, assess their needs, and offer suitable treatment options or appointments. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotions to drive sales initiatives. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service standards. Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and competitive services to effectively communicate our unique value propositions.

Requirements: Proven track record in telesales, ideally within the healthcare or wellness industry. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and empathetic phone manner. Familiarity with dermatological or cosmetic services is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills. A passion for skincare, beauty, or wellness industries. A positive attitude with resilience in handling objections and rejections.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in a dermatology clinic or a similar healthcare setting.
