Handling Inbound Tour Enquires ( Mexico, Argentina, Chile, all Latin American Countries ) Handling Sales Inquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc. Designing & preparing itineraries of holiday packages for customers. Handling Inbound bookings & documentation. Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents. Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents. Domestic / International Destination Knowledge is needed. Should have experience in a travel company. Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls and taking regular follow up. Self-motivated, resourceful Should be a quick learner. Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment Offering Salary Package - 3lpa - 5.5lpa
