Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven LinkedIn Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a SaaS company and a proven track record of B2B lead generation through LinkedIn. As the LinkedIn Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective LinkedIn marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, generate high-quality leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new features and tools on the LinkedIn platform.

B2B Lead Generation:

  • Utilize LinkedIn to identify and connect with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Create and manage targeted LinkedIn campaigns to generate B2B leads.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop engaging and industry-relevant content for LinkedIn posts and articles.
  • Manage content calendar and ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling assets for LinkedIn campaigns.

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and thought leaders on LinkedIn.
  • Engage in relevant LinkedIn groups and forums to expand the company's online presence.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess the performance of LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn advertising and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
