We are the leading IT recruitment agency is looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and securing new client partnerships within the IT sector.
Salary : Upto 9 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and reach out to potential clients in the IT industry.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and challenges identifying opportunities for our services.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling email marketing networking events and online platforms.
- Build strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively presenting the value proposition of our services.
- Manage existing client relationships ensuring satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
- Utilize HubSpot effectively to track and manage contacts leads and deals.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and current market trends.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Highly motivated selfdriven and resultsoriented.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
