Required experience and skills:

• Minimum of 3+ yrs of experience in the IT industry.
• At least 3 yrs of experience in project management, with the ownership of end-to-end delivery
• of the projects.
• At least 3 yrs of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating with the clients, gather requirements, being SPOC for all the projects
• under the program.
• Experience using project management methodologies (such as Agile) and tools (such as
• JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience preparing status reports and decks for the leadership and client presentations.
• Experience in people management and performance reviews of the team.
• Ability to keep the team motivated and create an amicable environment to nurture innovation
• using latest technologies to achieve the project/product milestones.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks/requests and juggle between priorities for the projects.
• Ability to understand high level product architecture, experience working closely with technical teams.

Desired experience and skills:

• Experience in managing the data engineering / analytics / machine learning projects or products
• Technical experience of using Python / R language with NoSQL DB for data engineering/analytics related projects good to have.
• PMP certification / experience with PM processes per PMBOK
• Experience with quality management processes and preparing for external quality audits
