Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Am/Manager to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. This role requires a strong understanding of revenue generation strategies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in revenue management or a related field in Gaming & Hospitality
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
- Experience in menu engineering and footfall analysis
- Proficiency in business development and sales techniques new generation sales activities
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Good understanding of revenue analysis and financial metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field MBA in Sales and Marketing
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue generation strategies to drive business growth
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new revenue opportunities
- Lead a team of revenue professionals to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Manage key client accounts including corporate, school /individuals and build strong relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and analyze revenue data, identify new trends, and make strategic recommendations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients and vendors
