URGENT HIRING

Process Associates required for a leading KPO at Kolkata

(MULTIPLE VACANCIES)

Salary:

16K (gross) + 2.5K night shift allowance per month Education minimum:

Graduate Work Experience:

0-3 years (freshers welcome)

Candidate Requirements:

·

Good Communication in English – Verbal, Written, Comprehension ·

Computer Savvy (Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel) ·

Open to work in the night shift (5 days working), Sat & Sun are fixed offs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Process work via the portal as per assigned tasks 2. Ensure Quality, Productivity, and timely delivery as per the deadlines 3. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills 4. Create daily and weekly reports as per the set process and guidelines 5. Interact with co-workers and the Manager to meet client needs promptly 6. Ensure compliance with Company policies and regulations 7. Enter and update data into the Agency Management systems as per the client's SOP
