Job description

Business Development Strategy 1. Responsible for overall business development plan and Key Accounts Management and Customer relationship activities. 2. Assist in developing the business development strategy in terms products promotions, and performance in line with the strategic plan. 3. Provide inputs and co-ordinate with the department to identify target customer segments and their requirements. 4. Drive increased revenue and profit through Key Accounts Management to achieve HINCOL’s ambitious growth. 5. Understand and assess implications of changing market and demand trends on the overall business development strategy of HINCOL 6. Represent the company brand and responsible for promoting the brand image of the company among key customers.

Business Development

7. Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets. 8. Devise mechanism for strong understanding of product demand by geography, by customer category and by type of end use 9. Ensure development of system to understand and assess market potential for key untapped markets 10. Develop long-term assured volume contracts with customers, through strategic partnerships Key Account Management

11. Build focus on specific customer segments in line with sales and marketing strategy 12. Develop network with key customers, customer groups to develop an effective business relationship 1. Define and monitor optimum product mix based on current market realities and operational constraints 2. Develop a database of customers and their requirements and automate it for personalized service and better understanding of service 3. Periodic assessment of customer issues, complaints and fresh needs arising out their respective business requirements 4. Conduct the Customer Satisfaction Survey for identified customers on a periodic basis 5. Enhance customer satisfaction on reliability of supply & quality 6. Build and develop facilitative processes to support marketing team to realize business.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Implementing HR policies in an effective manner to ensure employee delight and minimal attrition in Staff Managing the overall development of team members through effective and need based training and controlling attrition

Qualification B.E/ B.Tech ( Civil/ Mechanical/ Chemical) Master in Business Administration (Marketing) At least 5 years of experience in Customer Support, After sales service and New product development

Special Skills & Knowledge - Knowledge of Bitumen and Infrastructure industry - Knowledge of the customer relationship management - Data Management
