Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Ramada Lucknow Hotel & Convention Center. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and performing various clerical duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette, customer service, and communication skills
• Proficiency in receptionist duties such as greeting guests and answering phone calls
• Strong clerical skills such as data entry and record-keeping
• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service environment
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Knowledge of reservation software and MS Office applications
• Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
