The role holder is responsible to ensure high availability, data & environment integrity of E2E Test Environments across multiple projects / programs within consumer space through effective implementation of the best service management practices in line with ITIL standards. Also, to drive the automation first strategy across the service management areas primarily involving monitoring, root cause analysis and reporting through implementation of E&G driven automated tools and modern techniques, actively collaborating with relevant technical teams thus in-turn attributing to enhanced stability & availability of the environments for testing.
What you’ll be doing
Ensure Environment availability, this includes coordinating timely resolution of incidents, Service Requests, and any change implementation in line with SLAs / SLOs published for the team.
The role is to be executed to ITIL V3 /v4 standards.
Data & Environment integrity through implementation of automated techniques working closely with SRE & BT Automation teams.
Effective environment availability reporting through Dynatrace dashboards
Implementation of effective alert mechanism, auto-ticketing and auto-healing working closely with relevant technical teams.
Co-ordinate and implement transformational activities driven by the E&G objectives and influence the business to adopt recommendations.
Effective maintenance of environment repository including server, DB, interfaces (APIs / MQs) keeping it relevant through automation.
Ensuring Configuration Management data is always kept accurate and up to date through Automation.
Automated incident / bug reporting across programs through Jira confluence integration.
