Job description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Nobroker.com. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals with potential customers. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving our sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively present product solutions
- Nurture and build relationships with potential customers through regular follow-ups
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM software
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
