Job description
Looking for EA with 10+ years experience in supporting senior Business Leaders. Excellent Communication Skills. Previous Experience with MNC will be preferred. It is a Contract Role in Hybrid Mode based out of Kadubeesanhalli in Bangalore.
What you'll do:
- Support two or more Business Leaders
- You will schedule travel and meetings for Senior leadership visitors and also support the India leadership travel
- You will act as team's Facilities, Finance and HR Liaison/Coordinator
- You will be responsible for obtaining equipment and coordinating setup for new associates.
- You will plan and execute departmental off-site events.
- You will organize and coordinate team meetings, summits and similar events, including agendas, presentations, logistics and other activities
- You will manage, escalate and resolve key location specific issues which affect multiple team members (space, access, IT etc)
Qualifications
- You should have Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- You possess excellent communication skills: oral and written English
- You also know Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Experience with preparation of team reports: status reports, finance reports
- Experience with calendar, travel and expense management
- Experience working with staff in multiple, global locations
