About the Team:

As a part of the Campaign Team, you will have a chance to ideate, execute, monitor and optimize online and offline campaigns for the client at the hyper-local, constituency, district, division and state levels. As a part of the process, you will also have the opportunity to participate in party-facing and vendor-facing interactions in order to drive project execution.

What Would This Role Entail

• Managing client interactions to ensure project execution happens as planned
• Maintaining internal quality standards of deliverables
• Monitoring and reporting vendor performance in a regular manner
• Executing online and offline campaigns in coordination with the client and the vendors
• Coordinating (and being physically present at key offline events) to ensure smooth event flow
• Providing clarity (via reporting) to the manager about project execution in a timely manner

Necessary Skills:

• Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours
• Relationship management
• Vendor management
• Ability to operate in a noise-filled environment with multiple stakeholders at all times

Good to Have Skills:

• Basic understanding of politics and the nature of India's democracy
• Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree
• Professionals with 0-1 years of experience
• Proficiency in Malayalam language
