Digital Transformation experience in Ecommerce, Retail, or QSR indusry is a must
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Innovation:
· Craft and implement a robust digital strategy aligned with the company's vision and business objectives, leveraging emerging technologies like [mention specific relevant technologies] to create new value propositions, optimize operations, and elevate customer experience.
· Identify and evaluate the potential impact of emerging technologies on the business, driving the adoption of game-changing solutions.
· Champion and spearhead the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that improve customer journeys, streamline processes, and generate new revenue streams.
Technology Leadership and Governance:
· Oversee the entire technology landscape, encompassing infrastructure, applications, data management, and cybersecurity.
· Partner with IT leadership to develop and execute a technology roadmap that supports the digital strategy and ensures seamless integration within the organization.
· Establish robust governance frameworks and security protocols for IT project management, service management, information security, and data privacy to protect corporate data and mitigate risks.
Change Management and Adoption:
· Lead the organization through the cultural and operational shifts associated with digital transformation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
· Develop and implement effective communication and training programs to build buy-in and adoption of new technologies and processes across all levels.
· Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the organization, unlocking the collective potential of the 50+ team members.
Talent Management and Partnerships:
· Attract and retain top talent with expertise in digital technologies and transformation methodologies.
· Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on digital initiatives and leverage external expertise.
· Champion cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization, fostering a dynamic and growth-oriented environment
Must have abilities:
· Ability to add value to businesses by problem-solving and providing cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
· MBA with a bachelor in technology or bachelor of engineering in computer science from a reputed college as a mandatory requirement
· Master in Computer Science is added advantage
· 10+ years of experience in similar roles leading and delivering successful digital transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
· Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative digital solutions with measurable impact.
· Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications, especially in [mention relevant industry/domain].
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinking, consensus building, and change management prowess.
