Job description
System Administration and Deployment: Responsible for administration of Zycus and related Technology Procurement products. Responsible for configuration of Zycus Solution, upload Master Data and perform L2 Technical Support. Develop and deliver training programs for supply chain process and technology. Will remain the primary Contact for all technical issues related to the platform. Coordinate with Zycus in resolving product bugs Independently carry out Roll outs. Configure Reports
Required Skills & Competencies: BE/Btech in Computer Science/Electronics or Electrical Engineering and/or Masters/MBA in Supply Chain/Operation is preferred. Sound knowledge of Data modelling, ability to write functional specifications 4 to 7 years of experience in working in SCM Technology Implementation roles preferably on Zycus Suite of products or equivalent products Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills & Competencies: Business process knowledge in Source to Pay Process is preferred. Basic knowledge of SAP MM/SAP ARIBA is advantageous but not mandatory.Job tags
