Job Opportunity for Manager Costing with one of the Leading Motor Vehicle Manufacturing US based MNC
DUTIES % OF TIME
- Maintain Cost records 25%
- Calculate & Analyze RM Consumption trends. 15%
- Inventory Valuation & Aging 15% Support in Budgeting 10%
- Audit & Cost Analysis 15%
- Participant in financial audits 10%
- Support in Account Payable Activities 10%
DUTIES STANDARDS
- Maintain Cost Records
- Calculation & Analysis of Overhead Activity Rate.
- Taking monthly cost run on system & calculate the impact of cost run on P & L Account.
- Release the cost run on system after getting the approval from Finance Controller.
- Analyze the cost per unit and make the changes in system as per requirement.
- Calculate & Analyze RM Consumption trends
- Preparation RM Consumption Statement on monthly basis. Reconcile the same with RM
- Consumption calculated by plant.
- Calculate the RM Consumption weekly.
- Reconcile the same with the production department consumption.
- Inventory Valuation & Aging
- Preparation of Inventory Valuation Statement.
- Monthly calculation of Inventory Aging.
- Calculate & making the provision of slow & obsolete items in system on quarterly basis.
- Calculation of Cost vs NRV statement.
- Making the provision in system on quarterly basis.
- Support in Budgeting, Providing the RM consumption details for
- budget.
- Monthly calculate the partwise EBITA on projected sales basis.
- Sox Audit & Cost Analysis Analyze the GL wise cost.
- Calculate the Cost per Wheel.
- Providing the details required for Sox Audit, Tax Audit & Statutory Audit
