Job description

Technical call and chat support executive for Hospitality Wireless and Wired Networks, including Switches and APs, Smart TV and other software, for International Clients.

Responsibilities Receive calls from the international customers who are using our products, and assist them to solve the problems that they are encountering. Provide chat support over WhatsApp for the customers who seek support using our dedicated WhatsApp groups. Provide Email support for the customers who seek a detailed explanation for the issues that they are facing with regards to our products. Develop reports in Excel File for recurring issues and submit to the Manager.

Qualifications & Skills Graduate in any stream related to Software and Networking (Computer/Information Technology) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to understand the English Accent of international customers Minimum 1 year experience in any International technical call support process Excellent computer and internet usage skills

Optional/Additional Certifications Web Development CCNA / CCNP

Remuneration Between 1.2L to 2.4L per year, based on the experience and skills.

Work-Hours 6-day work week, 9 hours shift Occasional Work-from-Home flexibility.
