Our training programs cover Product Life Cycle Management, Data Science AI & ML, Plant Design, MEP Design, and more for individuals and organizations. We are located in Nanded.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Training and Placement Coordinator role located in Nanded. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating training programs, overseeing all placement activities related to our training programs, maintaining relationships with clients and customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills: The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for the candidate to work well in the role. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Presentation: The candidate should be able to deliver presentations in colleges effectively and present training courses in online webinars.
- Customer Service: The candidate should be customer-focused and be able to provide excellent customer service to all our customers and clients.
- Education: A bachelor's degree (B.Sc. / BCA / Computer Science / Human Resource) or equivalent in a relevant field such as business administration, or education is required for the role.
- Recruiting: The candidate should have experience in recruiting and placing candidates into companies. He should have an understanding of the recruitment process and be able to execute it efficiently.
- Experience in training and development would be an added advantage.
- Computer Literate with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
