Job description

The NCPL Group of Companies came into existence in 1985 with Noida Cement as a leading cement trading company, engaged in the business of distributing building materials, grey & white cement, RMC and construction chemical. It is now the leading Sales Promoter pan India of Ultratech Cement Ltd.

NCPL is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to actively sell construction material. The ideal candidate must be a high-level candidate with minimum 10 years of experience, strong work ethic, and the confidence, ambition, and resillience to handle a significant network of corporate clients.

This ideal candidate will be accountable for increasing sales, while formulating and executing a strategy to sell building material in the consumer market. The Senior Sales Manager will also be expected to create new business opportunities and collaborate closely with the existing sales team to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: • Project Sales Cement and Ultratech Concrete. • Proactively identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales. • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain regular communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about our products. • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. • Direct reporting to Managing Director.

What we are looking for: • Proven experience in management, sales or a business development role. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Confident and resilient, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to succeed. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the value of our products. • Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • A strategic thinker able to identify the target audience and tailor strategies to these customers’ needs to ensure success and drive sales. • A self-starter who can work independently, as well as part of a team. • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office. • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as required.

The office is located on the main DND road in Sector 9 with good public transport connectivity.
