sr product designer / designer - UX Full time Bengaluru 4-8 Years lead product We are looking for a Sr Product Designer/ Lead Product Designer (UX specialist) who will work closely with engineering and product teams to identify product requirements, brainstorm to craft simple solutions for complex problems for blue-collar and to deliver low fidelity wireframes and complete flows for product UI designers. Minimum 4-8 years of experience in UX design, working on multiple web and mobile products. Should be proficient in any tool for wireframe design but should be able to use miro. Experienced in designing UX for one or more end to end products is needed. Experience in communicating all interactions and micro-interactions through wireframes. Ability to create clickable low fidelity prototypes for complex use cases in any tool. Passionate about design and keep up with all of the latest design trends, case studies, and philosophies of what makes design great. Should have experience in user interviews for requirement gathering, personal creation, journey map, and logical flows of process. Experienced in the documentation of Solutioning & Use cases. If you are a good explainer of your design decisions, you are in ;). Excellent communication skills. Ability to work nimbly across multiple projects, with fast- paced, iterative product development cycles The flexibility to quickly adapt and produce in a rapidly-changing environment, meeting aggressive product launch schedules Graduate / Post Graduate Background BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech/MBA in Engineering + Design or equivalent or related field (preferably IITs/Ns/IIITs/BITs/IIM/FMS/ISB).) or MBA from tier 1 institutes with excellent communications skills. Masters is preferred Design school graduates with a specialization in Interaction Design - Preference would be given to candidates who have Engineering + Design degrees what youll do: Intentionality: will look at each step, understand the goals behind each, and change processes & tools based on the project at hand. apply design principles when working within teams and should include Influence & Impact: you will impact fellow designers with your design thinking ability and will rationalize the output in every discussion that happens between product and engineering teams.
